Hi, I’m Divya.
I'm a writer with experience in features journalism, business and economics reporting, audience and community engagement and social strategy. I've written and reported for the Detroit Free Press, THE CITY, The New York City News Service, The News Minute, The Hindu, the South Side Stand and more.
I am also a master’s student in engagement journalism and business and economics journalism at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.
Outside work hours, I like training for obstacle course races (ask me about the time I climbed a 20-foot rope), gossiping (ask me what engulfed Twitter today) and doing the New York Times Crossword (ask me about the Thursday themes). If you’re so inclined, you can ask me about my work and experience too.
